Took Son to the Park

This morning I was telling Sportsboy to get ready, so we can go to the Park. he asked me who was going to be there. I told him some of his friends would be there. He was excited.

It was fun. We meet thumpr and a-dog, as well as another parent and her triplets, that I affectionately call "Kiddies." Ok, I call a lot of kids, kiddies. It was nice to see them because it has probably been a year or close to it. It was also neat to see how the triplets have grown as well.

Not only is it important for kids to play with each other, but it is also important for parents to get to know other parents because we can potentially become friends, sharing many experiences especially with our children. Don't get me wrong. It is still important to have some grownup time.

Thumpr, the triplets' mom and I agreed to take the kids to the pumpkin patch and apple orchard next week. That should be exciting and fun!
