Hardworking Hubby bought me a Business Messenger Phone. I call it my electronic office because it has programs such as Microsoft packages, phone applications and calendar. So, here is me being efficient and tech savvy, putting in Hardworking Hubby's, Sportsboy and my people to see, things to do, and places to go, as well as memos.
One of those places to go was the PTO meeting that took place today. I checked my calendar, and the PTO was to take place 7 p.m. CST. Sportsboy and I went home and hung out for about 40 minutes, and then we left.
At 7 p.m., the meeting WAS going on--it didn't start. I realized as I walked in and saw them deeply in conversation. In my mind, I groaned. I hate being late to anything, especially when things are happening.
Well, at the end of the night, I was designated as grant writer for Sportsboy's school and in charge of the newsletter. I don't mind those things. I think it is the parents and staff's responsibility to help make your child the best school possible.
